we are Organization- ReDesigner.

We help our customers to design their organizations with and around their (key-) employees in order to escape the "Schumpeter trap". Therefore we adopt e.g. White Spaces, Blue Ocean approaches and help to implement them sustainably   as well as to  get on the Status Quo Police during the transformation process.

It is hard if not impossible to see blind spots within organizations and social structures and therefore possible blocking innovation and process improvements. With our multi-level expertise (size, industry, internationality) and our unique tools we create as your external sparring partner an objective basis for the future-oriented enterprise agility (customer satisfaction, product innovation, communication...).
